Jackson Browne
JACKSON BROWNE has been described as the ultimate LA singer-songwriter.
Over the course of three decades, he has continued to write and record songs that are passionately crafted and that resonate emotionally, politically and spiritually - songs that have touched the hearts and minds of countless fans worldwide.
Accompanying Jackson on the road is his band of fifteen years: Kevin McCormick (bass), Mark Goldenberg (guitars), Mauricio Lewak (drums) and Jeff Young (keyboards, backing vocals), plus vocalists Chavonne Morris and Alethea Mills. It will be his first tour with his band here in five years.
Fans can experience the more intimate environment of theatre shows in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide, whilst special guests at the larger venues will be Toni Childs and Richard Clapton. Tim Freedman (solo) will open all concerts.
Jackson has always charted his own direction with poise and confidence, performing songs amongst the most literate and moving in popular music. He is quite simply an artist not to be missed.
