Let your senses explore our purpose built aroma room where you'll expand your wine vocabulary and taste six great Australian wines - including the World's Greatest Shiraz. You'll be introduced to 50 aromas that characterise Australian wine.
In the Tasting Theatre six tastings of premium Australian wines are placed in front of you. The lights are dimmed and the 45-minute film rolls. On screen, the winemakers who created these great wines guide you in an interactive wine tasting. As you listen you’ll discover qualities in the wine you hadn’t previously detected and enter a new realm of wine appreciation. Our tasting are an entertaining, informative way to learn more about the wine you love and perhaps some you weren’t aware you loved. This is your passport to Australia’s best wine regions, without leaving Sydney!
